PRODUCT DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery Options and Fees

  • Available delivery options will be displayed after the Buyer creates a shopping cart and provides the delivery address.
  • Delivery is a paid service.
  • If the Buyer selects a delivery service, the delivery cost will be shown at the end of the order process, prior to payment. Delivery must be prepaid as part of the full order payment.

Buyer Responsibilities

  • The Buyer is responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.
  • Delivery is carried out by the Seller or an authorized representative.
  • Delivery fees do not include carrying the goods upstairs – this service can be ordered separately.
  • The Buyer will be informed of the delivery date and time via email or phone. If needed, delivery times can be adjusted individually. The Seller cannot guarantee delivery according to specified terms, especially if the goods are out of stock.
  • Before delivery, a representative of the Seller will contact the Buyer to confirm delivery details.
  • The Buyer must ensure delivery conditions (e.g., open gates, doors, or barriers) and provide a precise delivery address. Delivery is conducted to the door only and does not involve using balconies or windows for access.

Delivery Failures

  • If the Buyer does not provide access to the specified address or fails to be available within 10 minutes of the agreed time, the delivery will be considered unsuccessful due to the Buyer’s fault, and the goods will be returned to the Seller’s warehouse.

Goods Inspection Upon Delivery

  • Upon delivery, the Buyer must check the condition, quantity, quality, and completeness of the goods.
  • If the packaging is damaged but the goods match the order, the Buyer must record the damage in the delivery confirmation form.
  • If the goods match the order but their quality or completeness is unsatisfactory, the Buyer has the right to refuse acceptance by noting the discrepancies in the delivery confirmation form.
  • If the Buyer accepts the goods without any remarks, it is deemed that the goods have been delivered in proper condition and quality.

Personal Acceptance and Identification

  • The Buyer agrees to personally accept the goods and provide a valid identification document if required.
  • Goods are considered delivered to the Buyer, regardless of whether they are received by the Buyer personally or by another person.

Delays and Communication

  • Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. The Seller will contact the Buyer to coordinate a new delivery date if needed.

Pickup Option

  • If the Buyer chooses to pick up the goods, they must present a valid identification document and the order confirmation.
