PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

In accordance with the Latvian Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 255 “Regulations Regarding Distance Contracts” dated May 20, 2014, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 (fourteen) days without providing a reason.


Order Cancellation Process

To exercise the right to cancel an order, the Buyer must inform the Seller with a clear statement by submitting a written notice via email to info@energyhome.lv. The cancellation notice should include the following information:

  • Order/invoice number
  • Invoice issue date
  • Product code, name, and quantity of items to be returned

The cancellation period will be deemed respected if the cancellation is communicated before the 14-day period expires.


Exchange Policy

Buyers are entitled to exchange products for other items available in the online store within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  1. The product has not been used, the packaging is intact and undamaged.
  2. The Buyer has the accompanying documentation (e.g., purchase invoice) and the product is returned in full configuration.

Refund Terms

If the Buyer exercises the right of withdrawal, the Seller will refund the payments received for the order, excluding delivery costs (except in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or does not match its description). Refunds will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the day the Seller receives the cancellation notice.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless the Buyer explicitly agrees to an alternative payment method. The Seller will not charge any fees for refunds.

The Seller reserves the right to withhold the refund until the returned product is received or until proof of return is provided, whichever occurs first.


Returning the Product

The Buyer must return the product to SIA “V3” at the following address:
Salnas iela 5, Bukulti, Garkalne Parish, Ropažu District, LV-1024, Latvia,
without undue delay and no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the day the cancellation notice is submitted.

The return period is respected if the product is dispatched back before the 14-day deadline expires.
The Buyer must cover the direct costs of returning the product.


Product Condition Requirements

The Buyer is responsible for any decrease in the product’s value if it has been used beyond what is necessary to determine its nature and properties. The product should only be used as it would be in a physical store. If the product is used more than required, the Seller reserves the right to decline the withdrawal request.

The Seller may refuse to accept the product if it is damaged, has lost its original appearance (e.g., tags removed, protective films damaged), or shows signs of use.


Conditions for Returns

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging (it is recommended to open the packaging carefully upon receipt).
  • Products must be returned in full configuration.
  • Accompanying documents (e.g., purchase invoice) must be provided.
  • Returns must comply with the Seller’s instructions.
  • The Buyer is responsible for the direct costs of returning the product.
  • Refunds will be made via bank transfer to the Buyer’s account.

Non-Returnable or Non-Exchangeable Products

  • Single-use materials if the packaging has been opened.
  • Other products that are non-returnable under Latvian legislation or for health and hygiene reasons.

Defective Product Return or Exchange Process

If a product is defective or the order contains errors (e.g., wrong size or color), the Buyer may return or exchange the product.

  • The Seller will replace defective items with quality products or provide repairs.
  • To report a defect, the Buyer must notify SIA “V3” via email at info@energyhome.lv, providing the following details:
    • Contact information
    • Product name, code, and order number
    • Description of the defect

The Seller will respond within 5 business days. Resolution of defects will follow Latvian legislation.


Buyer’s Rights Regarding Defects

If a defect cannot be remedied and affects the usability of the product, the Buyer has the right to:

  • Request a replacement product.
  • Terminate the contract and receive a refund.

If the defect can be remedied but reoccurs, the Buyer may request a replacement or terminate the contract.

The Buyer must report the defect promptly and no later than the warranty period’s expiration. The Seller will decide on the resolution of claims within 30 days.


Final Provisions

The Seller reserves the right to modify these terms. If the Buyer does not agree with the changes, they may discontinue using the online store services. For any questions, please contact us:
